"Great Experience "
I was in Florida from out of town and had an issue with my gas cap and cover. I had limited time to get it checked out and repaired. I spoke to Brian Casey with Crown Hyundai, and he advised to come on in and they would look at it and repair/replace if needed. I wasn’t able to get there on the day I called, but showed up the next day. Brian remembered talking with me, worked me in and they repaired the issue. Brian and staff were all courteous and professional. I appreciate the quality service.

"3,000 Mile Visit"
It's always a pleasure to go for my service appointments. I had the opportunity to have my oil changed on 10/17/18. My service advisor, Jarett Ziemack, is very professional and helpful. He made me aware of the airbag recall on my vehicle, and he had that problem resolved. He always makes the experience a great customer experience! It feels like I'm visiting my family. The other gentlemen (Ryan Murray, Aigust, and Olivier) are so professional as well. The cashier at check out was also wonderful, and she wrapped up the pleasant visit. Thank you all for excellence in service, professionalism, and knowledge. See you all in January!
