As we got closer to our choice Jarred and his managers had no concerns about us doing a repeat test drive or with a slightly different model. The minute I walked in the door Jarred Howard introduced himself and immediately he seemed kind, sincere and like someone I could trust. The cool thing is - I felt the same way when I drove out of the parking lot with my new car. There wasn't lots of haggling - he knew upfront where I needed to be and I felt like he respected that and didn't try to get me into something he knew I couldn't afford just so he could make an extra $. Kerry in finance couldn't have been nicer either. Just overall - I can honestly say this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had!!! More
