I was lied to by the service dept. I was told the part I needed was covered on my warranty. I went back 3 times and the part was never right. Still I was never told it wasn't covered. Then I needed a different part to fix the original problem. Then when that was going to be fixed, it wasn't covered anymore. I had the issue fixed and asked the last 2 times I was there if they would check my front passenger tire as it was losing air. The first time I asked, it was never checked. The last time I was there, and asked again, was told they took a staple out. To this day I am still having to put air in that tire. Finally, it is getting repaired, but not by Auto Park of Bremen. More

They fixed everything that I asked. They had it done right on time. The amount that they quoted me it was a little less than that and that is definitely a plus. My relationship with Auto Park Ford Bremen started about four years ago, with them repairing my Ford Motor Home when no one else would even try. I said then that when I order a new vehicle it would be from four years ago, with them repairing my Ford Motor Home when no one else would even try. I said then that when I order a new vehicle it would be from them. This I did with my 2024 Maverick hybrid, and I continue to travel an hour each way to have them service it. It is truly a great dealership with even greater employees!! More
