I had scheduled a front to back service costing approximately $2500.00. The vehicle was losing one quart of oil per 1000 miles. Before the service was even started they scoped the engine. I've taken different trucks there multiple times the last two or three times we had an issue the first issue was they had me bring my truck down there for a recall and the lady in the office didn't even chec two or three times we had an issue the first issue was they had me bring my truck down there for a recall and the lady in the office didn't even check with the recall is they didn't have what was needed to fix the recall at the time so I delivered a truck and dropped it off then had to pick it up a day later for no reason they completely wasted my time it's an hour each way the second time we took our tow truck down there we specifically had in the notes that the exhaust break wasn't working they didn't fix that and then when I call after they sold me other things like a oil change and fuel filter and I asked him about the exhaust break they said they forgot to bring it back down there whenever I got time again it's an hour each way they don't respect their customers' time have to take time off work to deliver a truck an hour each way for their screw up and they act like it was not a big deal I get everyone screws up but they didn't like it when I told him to come pick the truck up they're the ones that screwed up More
