Andrew, Jarret, and Jade made the purchase of my S4 the smoothest and fastest of any vehicle I've ever done. I am a first time Audi owner and first time full EV owner. I have appreciated the support, patience, and guidance shown by everyone. I even called at 5:50 pm one evening and someone picked up! When My tire alarms went off on I 26 headed to Asheville and I didn’t know what to do (car was only 2 months old) Every time I call in someone works to get me an answer. The only thing I would like is a better break down of my service contract I just paid for, maybe a list. And what happens if I move to Summerville to be with grandchildren with this contract? Is it transferable to a dealership down there? Ps. Thank Kaleb in service department. More
