Disappointed with car service department I took my Rav 4 in for service on my rear camera because the camera was out of alignment. The service department said they were not able to fix it. I I took my Rav 4 in for service on my rear camera because the camera was out of alignment. The service department said they were not able to fix it. I would like to have the camera replaced. My car is still under warranty. I’ve purchased 4 cars with Al Hendricks and I am very disappointed that they sent me away without telling me that they will replace the camera. I feel that they should replace the camera in my car. More

Scheduled maintenance I called service to confirm appointment made online the day before. That appointment was not on books but they fit me in at the appointed time anyway. When I arrived they speedily took my info and took car in immediately. Jarrett Elder is attentive , professional and gives a realistic time it should be finished.. and I got back in the car 1/2 hour earlier than he prepared me for. All in all a great experience ( for car maintenance!) More
