Toyota needs to disclose the fact they switch you to another service advisor. I booked my appt with Manny a week ago and give me pricre $120 for alignment. Toyota, next time please call client to let them know their advisor is not available before switching them to people they dnt get used to do business because if I did not i have the txt as a proof, she would make me pay $144 More
