I brought my vehicle in because of noise from front passenger tire. Well I found out that the noise was because the lugs was loose. When I had service about three weeks ago including rotation of tires, passenger tire. Well I found out that the noise was because the lugs was loose. Customer service was great but when I got my car back there was damage to the lower front bumper. The service advisor took ownership and had it replaced. Next the washer fluid is completely empty and n there was damage to the lower front bumper. The service advisor took ownership and had it replaced. It's not ethical to rob as I felt I was of $8,000 to have my vehicle serviced 4/23/26. I brought vehicle back to dealership due to additional concerns that was not happening prio to previous service. have my vehicle serviced 4/23/26. I brought vehicle back to dealership due to additional concerns that was not happening prio to previous service. I was told it would cost $7 000 to repair new diagnosis problem. Not pleased. More
