Thankfully I have been a customer there for many years, so I went to Jerrett and asked him for help. He remembered me and immediately assisted me despite how busy he was. Again, highly recommend a check in system - maybe a person with a tablet that takes your name and assigns you to a service tech as available. So its fair. More
