I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I worked with Micheal a few days prior to the purchase. I had a few stipulations and let him know what I was looking for and he understood the assign I worked with Micheal a few days prior to the purchase. This dealership was very responsive to questions before arriving. Once at the dealership I meet wit Michael who actually listened to what I wanted & where I wanted to be in payment. I had a great experience with Honda of Lake City. Walt was my salesman and he was friendly and wanted to get me in what I was looking for. It just so happened they had what I wanted as a recent trade Walt was my salesman and he was friendly and wanted to get me in what I was looking for. It just so happened they had what I wanted as a recent trade in, and wasn’t even ready to be put on the lot. I was able to look at it and even test drive it. Several hours later, it was mine. Smooth process. Everyone was very friendly, unlike their competitor across the street that didn’t even acknowledge me when I was on their lot. My new vehicle could have definitely been cleaned better, but that’s not Walt’s fault. It appeared to be a rushed job, probably because they were trying to get it finished the same day and it was absolutely filthy when they started working on it. That won’t keep me from recommending and/or using Honda of Lake City in the future. More
