Worst experience ever. I have proof pics and messages. I've owned my car 14 month the service dept has it for 11 of those 14 months. It's been horrible. Patriot auto is horrible and don't care about thier customers. And trust me once you take the car home your screwed. That is if it isn't a stolen car they sell to you. Or can't get the title to. Appointment wasn’t honored. I was told I need a transmission flush for $300 but Chris Nickel said I don’t have a transmission that flushes on my model. It was a series of mistak I was told I need a transmission flush for $300 but Chris Nickel said I don’t have a transmission that flushes on my model. It was a series of mistakes along with not honoring the online appointment. I switched to Chris nickel. It’s cheaper and they tell me I have different parts than what you tried to charge me for. More
