When you purchase a truck you should feel confident in its condition, and I understand why this felt disappointing. Regarding the diagnostic fee, that should always be communicated upfront. I apologize if that wasn’t made clear when you dropped the vehicle off, and we’ll be reviewing that internally. As for the brakes, it’s important to note that brake pads can require replacement not only due to mileage, but also due to time, especially if a vehicle has sat for an extended period. That said, we do perform an inspection prior to delivery, and I can assure you the brake pads were at or above state safety requirements at the time of purchase. We would be happy to review the original inspection with you. Just reach out to the store sales manager to arrange this. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Hi, RE the diagnostic fee: How does that affect me when I have a bumper to bumper warranty? Why did I have to pay this fee? Shouldn't my warranty cover this? RE the brake pads: on my truck, the inside pad was the one that was worn. How did this get "worn out" in 2700 miles? Sincerely, Don
