Thank you for bringing this to our attention. First, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We absolutely should have been able to apply your GM Rewards points. We do this regularly, and we'd like the opportunity to review what happened in your situation to determine why they were not accepted. We're also very sorry to hear about the issue with your glove box after the cabin air filter replacement. While we're glad we were able to correct it, that should not have created an additional trip back to the dealership. If you were charged for the glove box correction in any way, please let us know immediately, as you should not have been billed for fixing an issue related to the original service. Please reach out to our management team at your convenience. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review both concerns and see what we can do to make this right.
