I bought certified preowned and needed 2 things addressed at delivery. I was concerned that I would be forgotten after taking delivery of my murano midnight platinum edition. I need not have worried. Follow up service was provided. The next day and a verbal commitment to take care of me the following day. My Murano is now perfect. Thank you Maus Family!! More

Above and Beyond Whatever it takes I got per approval with Capital One before I went in Also got my trade in value from Maus website I printed out the Capital One deal using middle of I got per approval with Capital One before I went in Also got my trade in value from Maus website I printed out the Capital One deal using middle of trade value I told Dave if he could match it then I would take the car home right now The car I was looking at on their website unfortunately was in Miami They did the same deal on another car and beat the Capital One rate I couldn’t be more happier Would have to say this was the best new car buying experience I have had in 45 years of car shopping More
