Horrible experience 😪 Stephen McAnally Service Consultant needs to be fired had a really horrible experience with this guy nothing got done like it should have and my vehicle was there from June 2 Consultant needs to be fired had a really horrible experience with this guy nothing got done like it should have and my vehicle was there from June 23,2023 until August 1st 2023 yes your reading that correctly the recall was done but the other services were not I got tired of trying to communicate with this Jabroni every time I would call he would never return my calls or tell me what the progress was moving forward with my vehicle and every time I would go up to check on my vehicle he had 100 excuses as to why he couldn't get in touch with the warranty company. Had a warranty on my vehicle so I was just trying to see what repairs would be covered and pay the difference if I had to this guy was very unprofessional and was always talking nonsense when I would try to talk with him about my vehicle. He never made me a priority and put like 150 vehicles in front of my vehicle guy doesn't know how to communicate with his customers and then once I got frustrated and ready to pick up my vehicle he told me that I didn't have the funds to fix my vehicle which were false I felt like this guy was trying to bamboozle me into to paying 5,600 dollars for work that didn't even need to be done to the vehicle got tried of trying to work with this guy then he was trying to talk crazy to me in front of other customer service consultants and that drew the line for me right there is the sand. Then I go pick up my vehicle and he trying to tell me that I have two diagnostic fee to pay because I decided not to let Chevrolet fix my vehicle I declined to pay one of them and spoke with a supervisor because I felt why should I pay for a diagnostic fee when nothing was done and my vehicle was there 39 days very bad customer service bad and once again Stephen McAnally Service Consultant at Eldorado motor needs to be fired More

My 2021 Silverado that I bought from El Dorado Motors was totaled while sitting in my driveway. In a pinch I contacted El Dorado. We discussed what I was looking for and my situation and he assured me he would take care of me and had the perfect truck in mind. A couple of days later I went to see it and he was right, he found the perfect truck. Greg went out of his way to take care of me and to top it off Brian Mace was my finance person. I bought my 2021 from Brian Mace, who also went out of his way to see that I was in good shape. It was great to work with familiar people and to experience the level of customer service I received from Greg and Brian. I will be an El Dorado Motors customer for life! Thanks again Greg, Brian, and Jas!! More

Totally UNSAT and a waste of my time. Scheduled to have 3 items done on my truck. Had an appointment made well in advance. Get to Eldorado Chevy and they take the truck in - then I get Scheduled to have 3 items done on my truck. Had an appointment made well in advance. Get to Eldorado Chevy and they take the truck in - then I get a call a little more than an hour later saying they needed the truck overnight or maybe 2 nights. All with an appointment. Add in that when I purchased that truck late last year, there was a mixup w the loan and Eldorado Chevy help/kept $16000 for just over 3 months without saying ANYTHING. When I found out thru the bank they cut a check in about a week. But how long would they have held onto my $16000 had nothing been said? IMHO that’s shady and criminal. I will NEVER buy from or have Eldorado Chevy do anything for me again. I will switch brands before I deal with them again. More
