The service writers at the dealership are very nice. I’m just finding that my wait times are becoming longer and longer. The last several times that I have been to the dealership it’s been 3 to 4 hours. This is getting ridiculous. I come in for routine maintenance such as oil change, fluid check, any recall service and tire rotation. If I have to continue to wait the three hours, I’m gonna stop coming. It’s not worth my time. Absolutely worst experience with a dealership. The general manager had to step in to get it sorted as the sales guys lied when asked about it. Next the financing was a joke. They never gave me a total of what my ending down payment was and waiting until a week before payment is due when I am having to do their leg work to fix things with THEIR financial company. Absolutely ridiculous. Already had to have my NEW car fixed after 1 week & then it came back missing a floor mat. This place is a joke. More
