Marcus Bolin was very knowledgeable when we asked questions. If he didn’t know the answer, then he asked and got an answer. He was patient as we thought about our options and he took the time to care questions. If he didn’t know the answer, then he asked and got an answer. Once your vehicle gets in to get serviced they are quick and efficient. The problem is getting an accurate appointment set up. Several times tried calling both parts and service and would get to a voicemail and efficient. The problem is getting an accurate appointment set up. Several times tried calling both parts and service and would get to a voicemail box that has not been set up or could not accept voicemails. My vehicle sit there one day and was not touched when I was informed that they could get it in before lunch. I know they’re expanding and working on this department I will continue to use them and hopefully Service only gets better as the upgrades and expansion happens in this department. More
