Midtown Kia was a bad experience on every level. They charge the highest rate for their vehicles then competitors, but provide the worse experience. Got a new Telluride and it took them over two months t charge the highest rate for their vehicles then competitors, but provide the worse experience. Got a new Telluride and it took them over two months to finish the work on the car. They also had me come to the dealership multiple times saying the work was done and it was not, completely wasting my time. Every member I dealt with was inept, and gave wrong information. They also took forever to get me my license plate and registration, but had no delay filing my lease and making me pay for two months with no vehicle. And to add a cherry on top of my experience, my wife went in to pick up the license plate and was met with disrespectful and rude staff. Don’t even trust this dealership to change my oil. I have had a terrible experience this go round. I have tried to contact multiple times regarding financing and have yet to be called back. However there have been issues with the lender and approving the original deal and any day now the vehicle I traded in will be reported as 60+ days delinquent and will impact not only my credit score (that already isn’t great) but will also impact my consistent auto payment history. This has yet to be resolved and I have yet to be contacted back about the matter. Since you had the audacity to send me a request to write a review about my experience, I thought it would make it perfectly clear for you. I will not be held liable for the consequences if my trade in not being paid off in due time, when I have contacted via email and phone multiple times and made sure the finance manager knew how sensitive the time line is. I feel absolutely disrespected not only as a customer but as a single woman trying to handle her business. now as I think I’ve made perfectly clear, I would appreciate a call back regarding my trade in. 9186132480.
