Midtown Kia made my first solo preowned car buying experience in 70 years easy and fun. I love my 2016 Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring and have already put 2000 miles on it. Their communication skills are not that great. They had my car for six weeks. He failed to tell me that Kia would pay for me to have a rental car. The only catch being I had to pay out-of-pocket t They had my car for six weeks. He failed to tell me that Kia would pay for me to have a rental car. The only catch being I had to pay out-of-pocket that Kia would reimburse me.If your car is ever under warranty. Remember that Kia will pay for your rental car!! I had a hard time getting them to return my calls so that I would know what was going on! They finally got my part in from Korea (and that’s no joke ) and got my car fixed and back on the road for me. The biggest problem now which is not their fault is that I have to worry if my car will fail like that again when I’m on the highway Kia said they hope not. The low rating is basically because they will not communicate with you. More

They are not good about staying in contact with their customers. They had my car for six weeks and I had a real hard time finding out what was going on. They did not offer a loaner car nor did they tell customers. They had my car for six weeks and I had a real hard time finding out what was going on.
