They are not good about staying in contact with their customers. They had my car for six weeks and I had a real hard time finding out what was going on. They did not offer a loaner car nor did they tell customers. They had my car for six weeks and I had a real hard time finding out what was going on. They did not offer a loaner car nor did they tell me I could get a rental car and Kia would pay for it so I was a foot, it cost me money for my job and I also had to make two car payments while my car set at Mid Town Kia.
