They are not good about staying in contact with their customers. They had my car for six weeks and I had a real hard time finding out what was going on. They did not offer a loaner car nor did they tell customers. They had my car for six weeks and I had a real hard time finding out what was going on. They did not offer a loaner car nor did they tell me I could get a rental car and Kia would pay for it so I was a foot, it cost me money for my job and I also had to make two car payments while my car set at Mid Town Kia. Service was great only one problem. My floor mat was filthy with dirt when I picked it up. When you make appointment to get you vehicle service then they don’t do all the service and do half of it. Then ask you to bring your vehicle back another day to finish it. That’s not good service!!! I broug they don’t do all the service and do half of it. Then ask you to bring your vehicle back another day to finish it. That’s not good service!!! I brought 4 new tires there and they charge me $40 when I bring my vehicle in to get the tires balanced and rotated. That’s not good service!!! I will look other places for better service. More
