Of all the dealerships I visited, Ourisman's agents were excellent, efficient, friendly and got back to me promptly with 8 different models. We met again on Saturday and finalized a purchase for a Ram 1500. This was one of the best experiences I have had in my years of purchasing vehicles, especially trucks. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market. More

Sorry, it's not for sale. I called to see if the Jeep they had advertised was still available and I was told yes and can I come down today. I said I was on my way and I would b I called to see if the Jeep they had advertised was still available and I was told yes and can I come down today. I said I was on my way and I would be there in about 45 min's. Once I got there I was told sorry, the Jeep is not for sale at this time. The front bumper that is on it was not the correct size so it can't be sold. I had already walked back to see the Jeep before I saw a sales person and it had an upgraded Jeep bumper on it that was set up for a winch. Enough said. Ourisman will never get my business again. More
