I was unhappy with my service. I brought my car in for a recall and it turned out the recall had already been fixed, but the indicator on the dash was never reset. Then, I returned I brought my car in for a recall and it turned out the recall had already been fixed, but the indicator on the dash was never reset. Then, I returned a separate day for another issue (bad alignment). I waited about 2 hours, which I was fine with since I didn’t have an appointment. However, when I got the service done, I asked if I could get a second recall looked at but was told that I’d have to come back. Then, upon driving home, I realized the alignment hadn’t really even been repaired. I live too far from the dealership to keep making trips there so I’ve just accepted my alignment will be off, and I got the other recall taken care of at another dealership. Additionally, I was told neither service nor sales would cover the bubbly back window tinting, poor rear driver side speaker, and scratch on the front passenger’s side door, despite buying this allegedly “CPO” vehicle just a couple weeks prior. More

Although they did approve my application, I did have some concerns about the dealership. Unfortunately, the communication felt a bit like a spam, and there were some issues with the car such as non-working f concerns about the dealership. Unfortunately, the communication felt a bit like a spam, and there were some issues with the car such as non-working features and only receiving one key. Additionally, the WORST PART is I received service request updates via email that implied work was being done on my car, but when I followed up, it turned out my car was still in my driveway. I reached out to the dealership for clarification but have not received a response yet. The entire situation felt strange to me, especially when I was informed of a recall on my car as I was signing the paperwork. As a result, I was left without a way home and my credit was already checked twice. While I cannot vouch for the honesty of car salespeople in general, I would advise approaching this dealership with caution More

I felt he was very thorough in explaining to me what was going on. Also if there was something he could not answer he found out. He also placed follow up calls to make sure everything was going ok with the going on. Also if there was something he could not answer he found out.
