Faten Dik really was amazing from start to finish, all started by me calling to make sure I didn't just drive to get service and it may have been very busy also to ask fact finding questions to be prepare started by me calling to make sure I didn't just drive to get service and it may have been very busy also to ask fact finding questions to be prepared for any financial responsibility. Faten was so professional starting over the phone to very polite keeping me informed of status and updates to the service provided for my vehicle, including ways to save in the future with providing email/sms/pamphlet of possibly qualifying for a credit card to keep up good service on my vehicle. She is thee best or shall I say the Greatest of all time. Yes period. More

No Hassle and Fun Experience I was a bit weary heading into the dealership as I haven't purchased a car in many years. But I immediately had a warm greeting by Jason Almeida and t I was a bit weary heading into the dealership as I haven't purchased a car in many years. But I immediately had a warm greeting by Jason Almeida and the staff and before you know it I was purchasing a car and it didn't feel like a dreadful process! Super greatful for my salesman and his team for making me feel comfortable and actually enjoy buying a car. Definitely will be back to Brandon Hyundai ! Ten stars ! More

I chose Brandon Hyundai because they had an advertisement for $5k over KBB on Facebook. That didn't happen, but they did work hard at getting me close to where my payments needed to be. My salesman was frie for $5k over KBB on Facebook. That didn't happen, but they did work hard at getting me close to where my payments needed to be. My salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience less stressful and pleasant. I love my new car! More

Trading/Leasing a New Vehicle I went into the dealer for information. I needed to know how soon I would be contacted before my lease was up in November. I was told it wasn't too e I went into the dealer for information. I needed to know how soon I would be contacted before my lease was up in November. I was told it wasn't too early to change. I was helped by Jason Almeida who was most helpful in obtaining information for me. I decided to go ahead with the new lease. The only negative I found was in the completing transaction. Why, why does it take a long time to complete the paperwork (finance end). The appointment was made to pick up my car @11:00. The car was ready, but I sat and sat and sat before I was called into finance and then I sat some more. Really, if I had an appointment, the paperwork should have been ready for me to sign. That is the only "negative" I could give to Brandon Hyundai. This isn't my 1st Hyundai either. It happens to be my 4th Hyundai car. I've never had a problem with servicing my cars either. So if there is one thing you might want to improve is the paperwork transaction. More
