Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize that the glue lines were not removed properly. We know that both our Service Manager and General Manager have been working with you in an attempt resolve your concerns. We are hoping that you would take us up on our offer to schedule a time to see if we can properly address and resolve your concerns. We understand that it is inconvenient when issues like this come up and we completelty understand your frustration; we only ask for the opportunity to properly address it. Since these concerns have been brought to our attention, we have scheduled to re-train all of our team members in the clean up department and have expressed our deepest appolgies to you for the inconvenience the glue residue lines have caused you. We have also attempted to coordinate our upcoming training with a date to have your vehicle here at the same time to ensure that these issues are addressed by the company that we use to train our staff on an ongoing basis.
