Extreme used car buying 101 My fiance and I had been diligently looking for a used SUV for 2 months. Salesmen wanted to sell me things I wasn't even interested in buying. Then we My fiance and I had been diligently looking for a used SUV for 2 months. Salesmen wanted to sell me things I wasn't even interested in buying. Then we went in to Lithia and met Dan. He wanted to know what I wanted. Finally a car salesman who was willing to listen to what I wanted. We test drove a Chevrolet Captiva, but it was a bit over my price range. A few weeks later we just happened to stop by on a Saturday morning to look at cars I had seen on your web site. 2 Dodge Calibers. Dan came out to greet us, which was good because I would have asked for him anyway. We test drove the 2010 Caliber and although it wasn't really an SUV, I fell in love with it. I was sold. Dan was awesome! Then Jason helped with the financing. They both made it so easy after nothing but stress for the 2 months prior. I am so thankful to both of them and Lithia. More

A Quality Used Sedan at a Resonable Price. After visiting many physical and online car dealerships over the course of three weeks, I noticed a 2006 Hyundai Elantra with under 100,000 miles adve After visiting many physical and online car dealerships over the course of three weeks, I noticed a 2006 Hyundai Elantra with under 100,000 miles advertised online by Lithia Toyota of Redding, CA. The vehicle was priced close to the Kelly Blue Book recommendations so we called ahead. My brother and I had visited once the previous week to inquire about another vehicle. At that time we met Tracy Hays, a Lithia sales representative, who was friendly, helpful and patient. We sought her out again and arranged to take a test drive. We were sold. After wading through our initial paperwork, we were introduced to Jason Beeman, Lithia's finance manager. He did an excellent job of explaining the forms to be signed and the financing options. He was able to spread our payments over aditional year than our initial estimate, lower the APR, and add a 24,000/two year power-train warranty, and free oil changes for life, for just an extra eight dollars per month. That increased our confidence and satisfaction with the sale greatly. We took our new used vehicle home the same day and are quite satisfied. If only every significant transaction ended so well. More
