The process was expeditious and seamless both dealership and sales personnel wasted no time. I appreciate the effort that was taken when handing over the keys with the velvet rope and the bow. Jason and his manager Chris are hero’s and saved my day. The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! No appointment or anything and Jason so The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! No appointment or anything and Jason solved my issue in minutes! He ordered me a new key and his manager Chris reimbursed me for my towing fees and diagnostic fees due to my key not being programmable. This meant the world to me, as I had unnecessarily spent more than what I had intended with a tow and diagnostic fees thinking there was something wrong with my vehicle. These two gentlemen are the definition of great customer service. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism. God bless you! More
