Jason and his manager Chris are hero’s and saved my day. The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! No appointment or anything and Jason solved my issue in minutes! He ordered me a new key and his manager Chris reimbursed me for my towing fees and diagnostic fees due to my key not being programmable. This meant the world to me, as I had unnecessarily spent more than what I had intended with a tow and diagnostic fees thinking there was something wrong with my vehicle. Cody was great no pressure. Would have liked more detail red flag on bc the was an accident with the vehicle. Apparently I receive complimentary oil changes.
