I was not told upfront of there being a diagnostic fee. I’ve never paid one in the past. Of the things (4 things) that I brought my car in for I feel they lied and did nothing on 3. They said they couldn’t “replicate the issue” of my speaker, whereas I get the car back and it INSTANTLY does it again. I found it very frustrating that I couldn’t get a straight answer on the recall for my brakes (what it entails, when the parts would be in, when I could schedule it, and how long it would take). They didn’t even reconnect the windshield washer nozzle tubing that constantly detaches. They kept my vehicle for 7 hours, wasting my day….and didn’t even wave the diagnostic fee in the end More
