My last oil change, the technicians forgot to put some lug nuts on my tires after the tire rotation. When I took it back, they apologized and I was told I could receive a free car wash on my next visit fo lug nuts on my tires after the tire rotation. When I took it back, they apologized and I was told I could receive a free car wash on my next visit for the inconvenience. I never got that car wash, apparently they didn’t document it. On my recent visit, I presented a coupon 2 oil changes for $130, well apparently that doesn’t apply for SRT models so I couldn’t use that deal. I had to this deal on my Dodge app also it was being advertised on my social media with SRT hellcats on the front page so I was confused to why it doesn’t apply to SRT models. More
