Wow! ! They truly exceeded my expectations! Big kudos to the marvelous "JB" as he worked VERY hard to get my business on a new 2025 Mazda CX 50 turbo premi ! They truly exceeded my expectations! Big kudos to the marvelous "JB" as he worked VERY hard to get my business on a new 2025 Mazda CX 50 turbo premium...and it worked out great for everyone in under 24 hours. After spending a couple of days trying to get a solid answer from an uncaring, ( e g.; "classically" crappy service) other Madza dealer near Orlando (you likely know who they are, I'm so glad to have bought from this dealership in Daytona. .I had spent nearly all day on 08/28/25 calling, texting, and even emailing the "boss" there, and yet, when I got Campus Credit Union involved to work the deal and prepare to send them a check to buy a car, they REFUSED to work a deal without me driving 90 minutes to show up in person. Juan REFUSED to send me any documents to give to Campus or me. They were supposedly "worried" about online fraud. What?? Really? I have bought my last three cars online and sight-unseen. I even had my last car delivered and sold it to me in my driveway. (I never left home and they got paid right there.) But these chowderheads near Orlando apparently don't care. Oh, well, their loss. So, when it came to talking to "JB" a few minutes later for the first time (after I bailed from bonehead at the demanding, no-online-sales, no-vehicle-delivery dealership), JB instantly was responsive, knowledgeable, and hustled to get the deal done for a new car within 24 hours. He was constantly in contact wife my wife that day (i was at work). And one day later (today), I am the proud owner of a new 2025 CX 50, thanks to JB, my wife, and the car delivery lady. They all made it happen expeditiously.. Abou the car: I really like my grey exterior and terra cotta interior. I wish I could share that wonderful "new car leather" smell!! Mmmmmm. And it is packed with features! This is my first Mazda and I look forward to telling my two sons about where to get their next cars. As I type this, I wish all dealerships could learn what getting a car sale is truly all about! I think it is customer service. Maybe the "other" dealership near Orlando should have someone experienced teaching a sales course with someone like JB running the show! Bottom line is: Ask for JB "just business " at this Daytona dealership and make life easier on yourself More
