Bought a new car at the dealership today with Josh. Had a problem on the way home and he went out of his way to help us. Drove an hour to our home to exchange cars and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were satisfied. If this is the way a dealership handles their customers all of the time , I'm thrilled that I bought from them. Great job Daytona Mazda. Exceptional customer service Josh!

Arrived a few minutes early. The person who met us was great (female - did not get name). Showed us the lounge and said the oil change would be 1/2 hour to 45 mins. Car was done in about 30 minutes and they washed all the bugs off - thank you very much. Dawn (not spelled like this!) was very nice and professional at cashing out.
"Awesome First Impression"
I came in for routine maintenance. Everyone was so helpful with awesome customer service. Dana, my associate, even went as far as letting me know future services that were suggested to be done ALONG with the ones to start with first. I've already scheduled for my next appointment for service.
