The service guy was right on time. I gave him my key to the Focus and just let him do his thing. First time customer. Scheduled service online for 2 issues: 1) Drain and refill radiator and 2) Multiple brake light warnings such as ABS light, Hill descent and tractio Scheduled service online for 2 issues: 1) Drain and refill radiator and 2) Multiple brake light warnings such as ABS light, Hill descent and traction control which would require diagnostic service. When I arrived, service advisor Ashley quoted up to 5 day repair period that would require leaving vehicle which I did not know and wasn’t prepared to do. I waited for the drain and fill to be completed and left without the brake faults being addressed. I called and spoke with a representative about the issue. He took responsibility and said I should have received a call prior to my appointment apprising me of the extended wait period for diagnosis and repair of the brake faults. He apologized and stated the issue would be addressed. Service advisor and manager were both professional and handled it appropriately. Whoever is responsible for handling the service scheduling for online reservations did not do their job which caused and cost the dealership money and a slight hit to their reputation. 4/5 stars this time. More
