Jason wasted my time and whole day. He reserved a car for me but it was sold to someone else. The car was requested the day prior and was shipped the next day for pickup. When I arrived he allowed another sales associate to give my car to someone else. I had a 12 noon appointment and he also sent me pictures of the actual car I was suppose to pick up for my wife. We even went through numbers and agreed on a deal. I spent over a hour and a half there waiting just for him to tell me the car is not available. My wife was expecting this car and now I came home empty handed. The disrespect and the lack of communication of brooklyn of Lexus is shameful. I have done business with this place a few times in the past and I WILL NEVER do business with them again. There are plenty of other Lexus dealerships around. More
