We did everything remotely and I had extensive conversations with Wendy about the process. We worked with Jason Crisp to complete all the paperwork remotely. They allowed our son in law to pick up the vehicle after the purchase was completed. We met both Wendy and Jason on Saturday to return some paperwork that had to be signed in person and they were just as wonderful in person. "Car Salesmen" are usually not my favorite people, but, Wendy Deter is definitely not a "car salesman". She was a delight to work with and a pleasure to meet in person. More
