I purchased this vehicle based on it being described as “very clean” and “well taken care of,” but unfortunately that was not my experience upon delivery. The vehicle arrived very dirty and clearly was “very clean” and “well taken care of,” but unfortunately that was not my experience upon delivery. The vehicle arrived very dirty and clearly was not showroom detailed. There was noticeable tar buildup on two of the rims, which should have been addressed before delivery. Also there are major dents on two of the Cadillac emblems on the side quarter panels! The vehicle was also delivered with only half a tank of gas. Since taking delivery, I’ve also noticed several issues that raise concerns about the condition inspection prior to sale. The rear window rattles while driving, there is an intermittent marijuana smell inside the vehicle, and the tailgate lift shocks are extremely slow and loud, possibly indicating they are already failing. For a vehicle represented as clean and well maintained, I expected a much higher level of preparation, inspection, and overall professionalism. I would give 3.5 stars for the quick delivery, and good value given for my trade in but the overall condition of the 2023 Escalade I purchased was very disappointing. More

Made the entire buying experience a absolute breeze. He was exactly what you want from a car sales man. Kenneth Wood the Finance Manager was also Incredible and got me a way better deal than my bank did. He was easy to work with and made it as simple as possible I would 100% recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to come work with these two PROS. Thanks guys! I appreciate it! More
