Great Customer Service = Exceptional Customer Experience Thursday, July 20th My daughter AND sister both own Hyundai and I was interested in buying a new car so we went to the dealership. We were greeted Thursday, July 20th My daughter AND sister both own Hyundai and I was interested in buying a new car so we went to the dealership. We were greeted right away by Dom and Jason Diaz. I told them I wanted to look at the Sonata and was looking for a specific color. Jason immediately located the car in Noveau Blue and I loved it. I took a test drive and found it to be comfortable, quiet and it drove like a dream! We went into Jason's office to start the paperwork and within an hour we had come to an agreement on the price and I was thrilled. Jason made it so easy and I drove my new car home that very day! I would recommend all my friends and family to visit Allen Turner Hyundai for all their new or used car needs!! More

Very personal and honest up front. My two sales personnel were very polite, honest and straightforward to help me throughout the entire process. My finance person wasn't really very fr My two sales personnel were very polite, honest and straightforward to help me throughout the entire process. My finance person wasn't really very friendly, and didn't even get up to shake my hand when we were done and would not even have done so if I hadn't stuck my hand out. That to me was not very polite or considerate for someone to do at the final closing. Otherwise a very nice experience. More

Since it was a vehicle that had previously been sold then returned due to discrepancies on the purchasers part the car was not brand new so it had about 1,400 mi on it and was not cleaned on the inside.
