He was very relaxed and that allowed me to relax and not fret about this purchase I was about to make. Bob showed me a few vehicles of my choice, drove one Sante Fe Sport, and fell in love with it. Going from a 2004 convertible mustang to a SUV was big step for me. Bob was informative, instructive, courteous and patient. Once we returned to the lot, I was offered refreshments and a made to feel welcomed into the dealership business office area. Jason then walked over and introduced himself and offered me something to drink. Upon completion the pricing agreement of the Sante Fe and my trade-in, I went into Jason's office where I once again was met with a pleasant, friendly,and professional individual. My entire encounter with Allen Turner Hyundai could only be described as compete and totally AWESOME. More

Great buying experience for a single woman! I had planned to visit another dealership/brand on my day out car shopping. I wasn't intending to buy just wanting to look at the cars I liked. I decided to stop at Allen Turner Hyundai first as it was on my way and the Santa Fe was a car I was interested in seeing. As I got out of my car I was greeted by Bob Fite. Bob was very pleasant to deal with without being pushy. He asked me what I was looking for and did not try to push more on me. He showed me a car that had everything I wanted. I was afraid to see the sticker price but was pleasantly surprised when I did. I had expected a much higher price.. Seeing that price is what made me really consider buying that day. Also, how I was treated by Bob and the other employees, Jason and Dominick, made me want to do business with Allen Turner. It's hard being a woman buying a car on your own. It was nice to be treated with respect and not be talked down to. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I was given the impression the rebates were higher than they actually were. Also, I bought the extended warranty packages and once I got home I felt the paperwork wasn't very clear on what I actually got. The description at the dealer was good but the papers I got didn't have what I was shown in the office. More
