Hands TL/DR: Buy your cars, new or used, from Allen Turner Hyundai. Overall: My wife and I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport in June of 2016. Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone we dealt with was warm and personal without compromising the respectful, professional experience we expect when spending thousands of dollars. Experience: The whole operation is honest, they won't even have to hit you with the classics: "I'm gonna work for YOU" and "We're the blah blah care blah blah best," you will feel the difference in atmosphere from Hello to Goodbye. Furthermore, the sales staff aren't commission based predators, eyeballing you greedily. They are well informed, do their best to make a sale (which is their job) but WILL take no for an answer--they never pushed information on us twice. Genuinely searching for the purchase that best suits you. Price: Great rebates from Hyundai. Above average markdowns from Allen Turner. They did not lift their markdown prices when Hyundai ran promotional rebates on the Tucson; they weren't trying to scrape any of those saving into their own pockets. Financing: Dealers have very little control of this area in terms of helping you, Hyundai Financial will determine your best APR offers base on your credit, income, other loans, etc. However, dealers CAN jack these up and squeeze you--Allen Turner does not. Warranty: Hyundai factory warranties are the best in the business. Allen Turner's additional warranties / care-plans are competitively priced; however, only good for local customers (i.e. not military) because not all services transfer to other Hyundai Dealerships in the USA. Their financing department was completely upfront with this fact, and suggested us NOT to do them--even though this is often the most profitable type of package for dealerships. Reviewer Credibility: I am 23 and have bought two new cars in the past year. I was searching for a new or lightly used (<5 years old) truck first and then a new or lightly used crossover. I am unflinching on my expectations of quality from anyone I do business with. I was unimpressed with most dealers in the Pensacola/Mobile/Fort Walton area and severely disappointed with some, so much so that I bought the first car (2015 Toyota Tacoma) out-of-state last July and drove it back. Thankfully, I did not have to do that again when searching for my wife's crossover. Allen Turner Hyundai staff, It was a pleasure working with you from top to bottom. Service team saves the kitty! We had an encounter with a scared stray kitten while driving down Davis hwy last Tues. The poor kitten trapped in lunch rush traffic, ran under my veh We had an encounter with a scared stray kitten while driving down Davis hwy last Tues. The poor kitten trapped in lunch rush traffic, ran under my vehicle when we stopped to grab it up out of the busy street. Still scared but under the cover of my car in the middle of Davis Hwy, this little critter found protection by crawling up in the underbody of my car!! We pulled over in olive baptist church parking lot to try to rescued the kitten. We tried food, water and even the fire department could not rescue our stow-away! We finally called road side assistance, got towed to Allen Turner Hyundia who put the vehicle on a rack and began the delicate extraction process. The service team found the kitten on top of the heat shield for the differential. After securing the little cutie in a nice box, they gave my vehicle an oil change and sent us on our way!!! Thank you so much to the whole Allen Turner services team! More
