I am absolutely obsessed with my new car, but I'll get to that in a minute. My car buying experience was incredible. My husband and I went out to car city one Saturday to test drive any mid-sized SUV we could find. Allen Turner was our first stop where we met Jason Diaz. Not only was he knowledgeable about the car, but he was completely laid back. At first, my husband and I didn't know what to think. There was no pressure to buy. The car was for me and to my surprise, he spoke to me, not my husband about it. I say I was surprised because this was not at all my experience at any of the other dealerships. We were pressured and toyed with at just about every other dealership. Although my husband told other salesmen that I was the one buying the car, none of the other salesmen would talk to me, only my husband, which frankly was a huge turn off. Jason, on the other hand, was eager to help. They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, so he worked with me to find exactly what I wanted, gave me an incredible price, and then the dealership went to get my car at no cost to me. Jason was professional, helpful, and friendly (despite me being incredibly demanding). My car is amazing (it drives like a luxury car for a fraction of the price and has more bells and whistles standard and a better warranty than a Lexus) and, because of my experience at Allen Turner Hyundai and with Jason Diaz, I am a Hyundai customer for life.
