Everyone we worked with was very professional and friendly. We liked the no pressure approach. All of the paperwork was done in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Jason was very professional and friendly while showing me a variety of cars from the selection. There was one car in particular that caught my eye (2014 Hyundai Elantra). There was a possibility that the car was out of my price range; however, Jason, along with, Dominick Haymon worked continuously for hours to make it possible for me to purchase the vehicle. I would also like to personally thank Shahid Manzoor. He was very patient, reassuring, and friendly with me and pushed aggressively to find a lender for me. I am very thankful and pleased with these 3 Salesman/employees. Fabulous experience. Started on the internet. Jason called me back within minutes. Found the Santa Fe I wanted and asked him to check the specs, I wanted bells and whistles! He checked the specs, called me back with a price, thousands lower than another dealer and I drove over. I was sure it was a scam, but I had to go and find out. What I found was the perfect vehicle and the best salesman I have ever worked with. New to the sales floor, he was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and really just an all round nice guy. So very different from other car buying experiences. Little to no pressure, great price and easy staff to work with. I was greeted with a smile by the lovely lady at the front desk and other sales folks. Questions answered when I quizzed the service area, what more could you want? Shahid was incredible. Made the finance part of the transaction a breeze, was very, very knowledgeable and he even answered several questions from me regarding financing other transactions. Saved me several thousand dollars with a great percentage rate and extended warranties that did not break my bank. I was very, very impressed. Thanks to you all for a great experience. My wife and I went in took look at a few different models to decide which vehicle we felt was right for our family. We set up an appointment with Jason Diaz and he took us outside to the vehicles we wanted t to decide which vehicle we felt was right for our family. We set up an appointment with Jason Diaz and he took us outside to the vehicles we wanted to see and have us a very thorough description of each vehicle pointing out all the safety features and the amenities the vehicles had to offer. We didn't feel rushed at all when looking at the vehicles and he allowed us to test all the bells and whistles. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had with enthusiasm and kindness. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a great deal and a new vehicle to go see him. More
