Made an appt. for a recall and was able to schedule for exactly the date and time I needed. Jason took care of me the minute I stepped out of my car.

The service was taken care of perfectly and the car was returned at end of day washed and in pristine condition. The people at this service are extremely friendly and helpful. It's easy doing business with them and I wouldn't hesitate to lease another car from this dealership, for the service dept alone. To me the most important part of a car lease is the service you get and Jason the manager really has a terrific staff that is friendly and knowledgeable!

While I am sorry for the issues that you are having with your vehicle, maybe you should contact the body shop that did the repairs on it after the accident.
Poor prior body shop repairs can have issues with multiple systems of the vehicle, electrical, suspension, leaks, etc. etc. This may be worth contacting to see if any of the repairs that they did involved any of the systems that you are having issues with. Considering that your first visit to me was about 30 days after the accident it sort of lines up.

We do not do body work, nor do I permit my techs to diagnose poor prior repairs due to the fact that I would have to flag the car in the system as being an accident car which could affect future warranty repairs.
With that being said, I would visit the repair facility that did your body work, and explain to them what is happening and that the dealer stated it could be related to aftermarket parts, and or subpar repairs. I know from the history that the body shop did not repair the front suspension correctly which is why you had the vehicle in here for the clicking noise in early November.
Lastly, I would hope that if your body shop does repair the vehicle that you will adjust your rating to a proper one.

I will, this issue happened a few times before the accident. I did not report it at time time, thinking it was just a fluke or anomaly. Not sure why your technicians did not check if their were improper repairs. I would think the a diagnostic would be run on the entire system.
