I didn't pick up my new car that same day, and in the days between the transaction and the car pickup, Matt made sure to stay in contact with me to update me on the status of the car, and also get everything ready ahead of time to minimize the time it took for pickup. Matt spent a ton of time helping me set up the car, and made the entire process seamless. The finance manager, Alex Maier, as well as the sales manager, Jason Fogelquist, were also very helpful and professional, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. More
