I must say that my car buying experience with Octavius at Acura of Wappingers Falls was the best car buying experience EVER. But, if I’m being honest when entering the establishment it didn’t feel so pleasa Acura of Wappingers Falls was the best car buying experience EVER. But, if I’m being honest when entering the establishment it didn’t feel so pleasant and inviting. I was told that I had to wait with no time frame given nor any refreshments offered. After a hour the Sales Manager introduced me to a Sales Rep ( Octavius). He was the perfect Sales Rep. He not only listens, he’s transparent, responsive, and very genuine. The Finance Rep (Jason) is also very transparent and accommodating. I must say after the initial unpleasant feel of the dealership, it was a pleasant car buying experience. More

Phil and Alex were true professionals and helped me get into my new lease on a gorgeous 2024 MDX!! Jason was also great handling all of the paperwork making sure it was a smooth transition! Matt was Great! !! As a first time Acura owner, Matt was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I asked about and was extremely patient with me. There was no pressure !! I purchased a vehicle for my seventeen year old son and Riann was able to seamlessly transition between facts about the vehicle that she knew he would be interested in knowing and facts that she knew that I, as a parent, needed to know. Rianns's abilty to make my son and I feel more like we were talking to a family friend than a salesperson is impressive. Jason, the finance manager that worked with us was outstanding as well.
