2014 Avalon Great experience. Everyone was very professional and made my family feel welcome while doing business at Koons. The sales people at Koons worked as a Great experience. The sales people at Koons worked as a team to make sure that we felt like the transaction was done as fairly as possible and all parties were satisfied. Its nice to get good customer service and professionalism when making such a long term purchase. My sales person Thomas Hardin was very thorough and made sure we understood how to work all the features on the new vehicle. He also explained the maintenance schedule and encouraged us to bring the vehicle back to Koons for issue that we may encounter. I must also say that Nigil Hayes played a large part in the transaction and ensured that I got the best deal that I possibly could and in Nigil Hayes absence, George Thompson continued to make sure everthing went smoothly. My entire family was pleased with the dealership and the new Avalon that we took home. More

My experience at Koons exceeded all my expectations, started with Wendy Aston,whom was extremely helpful in letting me know right off whether is was going to be possible for me to get financing, spoke w started with Wendy Aston,whom was extremely helpful in letting me know right off whether is was going to be possible for me to get financing, spoke with her on the phone and met with her the same day. Bob Erwin from the very start was informative, was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Had it not been for my own hesitation in purchasing at that exact moment I am sure I would have left the dealership with the Rav4 that day. I am pleased to say that Jason was also extremley helpful and made sure that I left with the warranties that I truley needed, I never felt like it was all a sales pitch, I truley felt that he had my best interest at heart. I have had struggles in the recent past and didnt know that it was going to be possible to purchase a new vehicle, Wendy, Bob and Jason never once made me feel like a less than perfect credit score customer. Since my purchase, Bob has continued to call me to see if I had any questions or concerns with the Rav4. This is my first Toyota, and so far I am very pleased with my choice. I will HIGHLY recommend Koons to my family and friends, and actually already have, this purchase was truly stress free and enjoyable, something I never thought I would say about purchasing a vehicle.
