My car was there for 4 full business days for a check engine light. I texted the number they said I should use and no one responded. Turns out the advisor was on vacation and didn’t forward. Went a weeke engine light. I texted the number they said I should use and no one responded. Turns out the advisor was on vacation and didn’t forward. Went a weekend without my car. Had asked them to mount my license plate and was assured they would. They didn’t. Everyone was nice but not responsive. No loaner was available and that’s a problem. My husband owns a VW and they came to the house to pick up and drop off for his warranty service. More

A complete rip off ! I came in for a broken bulb and was informed I would need a new headlight assembly. I went some where else and received the service I asked for which was for my blub to be replaced. I w informed I would need a new headlight assembly. I went some where else and received the service I asked for which was for my blub to be replaced. I was charged nearly 200 dollars for labor and did not get the service I asked for. I think this is the thing that gives the dealership a bad reputation. More

Hi Jason communicated with me throughout this process and made things manageable for me and my family. However, the service experience did not end on a good note. My car has never shown me a low brake fluid made things manageable for me and my family. However, the service experience did not end on a good note. My car has never shown me a low brake fluid alert until AFTER I receive my car back from a week long maintenance job. For the mechanic to say it was on when he got the car was a basically a slap in my face, and I did not appreciate that one bit. If this alert had been on prior to my arrival I would have requested it to be fixed. Especially since I paid more than what the car was worth in repair fees. More

Had an appointment for a recall and oil change. When I dropped of the car The parts for the recall were not available, so I left the car for just on oil change. Completion of the work was promised to be d dropped of the car The parts for the recall were not available, so I left the car for just on oil change. Completion of the work was promised to be done by the end of the following day. I did not receive an update prior to the promised completion time, and when called to inquire about the status, I was told that the work was not completed and nobody in the service department could provide more details. The car was not ready until late in the afternoon the following day. Parts not available for a scheduled recall, car not ready when promised without any update from service rep, an oil chance that took two days to complete - worst service I ever had at any car dealership! More
