Jason did get me in right away and got me a loaner. Jason was good but the other people at the dealership were not as professional. I am used to Lexus of Brookfield and Boucher Ford. I think being at a Cadillac dealer should be more of a luxury experience in order to compete with Lexus. Boucher Ford for being a mainstream brand picks up my car and delivers it back. They would also bring a loaner and exchange it for me if needed. I like my Lyriq so I hope my comments improve the Palmen Cadillac experience. More

It is frustrating that a multi million dollar dealership no longer accepts credit cards for service. Understand as it concerns car down payments but service is something a consumer needs protection against no longer accepts credit cards for service.
