The service was poor. The technician diagnosed my car wrong. I took my car to a certified transmission shop. They said all my car needed was a good tune up. I left a message for the service manager but he never returned my call. It is really sorry that I was charged almost $300.00 for a wrong diagnosis. I will never use this dealership again.
