Sales and Service I purchased a new mustang. After the sale I was told that the salesman Chad had left. This was a surprise. Then Billy took over. He helped me keep I purchased a new mustang. When it arrived, I was now told that Jason would make the sale. Jason did an excellent job with all the things that needed to be done to complete the sale. I felt like I was in a push/pull situation. Service department Never will visit this dealer again the service department. They took too long to fix vehicle. From Feb 2016, I would like to have special thanks to Jason Grant for helping me to find a car that I loved to owe after driving an E-class Mercedes. From Feb 2016, he patiently replied to my emails and followed up with me for purchasing a car and eventually with having the first test drive and getting familiar with my taste, he convinced me to lease a Lincoln Instead of a Ford Fusion. I would like to have a big thanks to Billy and Fran for their patience while we were negotiating the deal and fruitful pieces of advice and their efforts to eventually make me qualified for leasing a new vehicle. Fran is very serious and without his help and insistence, I would not have ended up finalizing this deal. Billy, is very nice and respectful and highly good tempered.
