Sales and Service I purchased a new mustang. After the sale I was told that the salesman Chad had left. This was a surprise. Then Billy took over. He helped me keep I purchased a new mustang. After the sale I was told that the salesman Chad had left. This was a surprise. Then Billy took over. He helped me keep track of my car build. When it arrived, I was now told that Jason would make the sale. Jason did an excellent job with all the things that needed to be done to complete the sale. I felt like I was in a push/pull situation. All was completed and I am driving the best mustang that ford has ever built. More

Service department Never will visit this dealer again the service department. They took too long to fix vehicle. They lied about what is wrong with vehicle and when part Never will visit this dealer again the service department. They took too long to fix vehicle. They lied about what is wrong with vehicle and when parts would be coming into dealership. The vehicle was there for 3 weeks, for a one day job. The service people were not nice to customer. They did talk down to me, like I was 5. They said one thing, then something else. I think they should be retrained or fired. More

Instead of a ford fusion, I ended up buying a Lincoln I would like to have special thanks to Jason Grant for helping me to find a car that I loved to owe after driving an E-class Mercedes. From Feb 2016, I would like to have special thanks to Jason Grant for helping me to find a car that I loved to owe after driving an E-class Mercedes. From Feb 2016, he patiently replied to my emails and followed up with me for purchasing a car and eventually with having the first test drive and getting familiar with my taste, he convinced me to lease a Lincoln Instead of a Ford Fusion. I would like to have a big thanks to Billy and Fran for their patience while we were negotiating the deal and fruitful pieces of advice and their efforts to eventually make me qualified for leasing a new vehicle. Fran is very serious and without his help and insistence, I would not have ended up finalizing this deal. Billy, is very nice and respectful and highly good tempered. He tried to offer me the best working deal, very politely and patiently. Thank you all for your help and effort, It was a very joyful experience. More
