I wish the new service advisor would’ve told me how he was going to get my oil changed/tire rotation done to accommodate me as a customer rather than how it could take 2 to 2-1/2 hours with only one vehic was going to get my oil changed/tire rotation done to accommodate me as a customer rather than how it could take 2 to 2-1/2 hours with only one vehicle in front of me already on the rack! “DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME”The sales team at Bonham was “DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME” The sales team at Bonham was great, but there management is horrible! I’m not new car deals buying or selling. First of all w “DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME” The sales team at Bonham was great, but there management is horrible! I’m not new car deals buying or selling. First of all when I went in I was assured by a man who said he was a manger that the dealership was under new ownership and management to provide a great customer experience. This was found to be very untrue. I told them what I wanted to spend with financing already approved came out crazy high and then I said no so they came back in 2k over my buying price at this time they said all, I said man I’ll pass salesman went to get my keys so I could leave well followed him was the once before introduced manager who came out and ask how to make a deal I told him I was firm he stated he understood. He then said meet me in the middle and let make this deal and stuck his hand out for a commitment! I told him I wasn’t sure and would like to stay at my amount he then stated he would talk to them the next day and let me know. Now the next day no call I text my sales person and found that the so called manager was off work and that his offer was not a valid offer and would not be granted that price. Then I was called a liar that he said if I can which he clearly never said again I’m not new to car deals. So now come to find out they can’t sale the truck because it’s promised to the rodeo. I’m fine with that I understand commitment. I agreed to buy the truck at the stated price of the first manager and was told no and that I could buy it for the other price but not until aug 2nd. Still no phone calls. I got an automated email from the general manager asking about my experience good or bad, I then gave him the chance to fix the issue but he didn’t care to respond either. So now 4 days in to a car deal and the management team has not done anything they said they would do and have full convinced me that there not in anyway worried about the customer. More

I am 74 and I have bought a lot of trucks and cars. Never have had such an easy ,fast, deal. The entire staff made it a very pleasurable trade. Salesmen at their best Made appointment to veiw 2014 doge ram 1500 at 4:00 pm. On 3-7- 20. Apon arriving (20 minutes early) was greeted by colton spindal. Colton told me t Made appointment to veiw 2014 doge ram 1500 at 4:00 pm. On 3-7- 20. Apon arriving (20 minutes early) was greeted by colton spindal. Colton told me that he was buisy and with a customer and that they sold my truck at action. At witch point referred me to another sales man. I then walk the lot with new salesman jason and told him i was willing to put ($3,000 down and $400+) monthly payments on a 2016 dodge ram 1500 that we found on the lot. The truck at this point is 4 years old with 89,000 miles and listed for $17,998.00. Car fax revealed truck was rearended on drivers side rear. One in office sales man leaves for 30min three different times. The whole time i was going through this he never once told me what they wanted down or monthly payments. My credit score is a 525...Just paid off a dodge darango with same dealership....I make 35 dollars an hour and gross $6,000.00 a month. Monthly expenditures are $2,675.00 with no repos or lones on record. Jason leaves first time comes back and presents me with two peices of paper stating that i have a (0) credit score!! That he himself wrote in front of me. He then tries to intrest me in a 2012 truck for the same price!! I Tell jason absolutely not an option. He then leaves for anouther 30 min. Comes back and says he kicked my request to the bank. I tell him i want to know what they want down and mothly payments. Jason then tells me "what are you talking about? You allready know how much the truck is worth." after this jason leaves and comes back with manger "joe". The first thing joe says is that he is sorry for selling the truck i was to veiw and that he wanted $4,000.00 down and $499.00 a month for the 2016 ram. So basically they just wanted 1,000 more down and the deal was a go. Hard to believe with a 0 credit score!! What they dont realize is that i have two sons that are two years away from driving and would have purchased at least three trucks from them. I will never come back to this place again. I would rather drive 200 miles out of my way for an honest sales departmet that cares about customer service. I lost over 200.00 dollars at work to be at this so called appointment. More
