After eight years in the car business, the last one right here at Phillips Buick GMC, Jason Hadley has made quite an impression on his customers and fellow sales team members. Maybe, being a single father informs Jason’s patience and willingness to hear what his customer is saying. Going the extra mile to verify his customer’s understanding of the process of buying or leasing a car these days. Jason is enjoying his daughter Kendall’s childhood, spending time with her and supporting her participation in sports and all other things. Jason loves to do anything outdoors: golf, fishing, whatever. He also is a fan of the Chicago Cubs, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Florida State Seminoles. It all leads to a person out to help as many customers as possible find the right vehicle for them.

ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS We were trying to replace a 2007 car that finally gave out. We were looking for a 2019 GMC Acadia Denali as we already had one and liked it. We were looking at one at Phillips B 2007 car that finally gave out. We were looking for a 2019 GMC Acadia Denali as we already had one and liked it. We were looking at one at Phillips Buick, but it was over an hour drive for us. We were also trading in another car and didn’t feel we could make the drive up and back due to health conditions. Jason offered to deliver the Denali and pick up our trade-in. We were amazed at this service. My husband said all of the staff from the girls answering the phone to talking with Jason was very friendly. We also felt we got a good price for our trade-in. Whenever you have to get a new car or use car, it can be a very stressful, especially as we age. Jason and the staff made this a good experience. More

As an out of state buyer, I had some anxiety about the process of paying sales tax and registration. Turns out these are specialties of Phillips Buick. The were able to pay Texas taxes AND register the ve process of paying sales tax and registration. Turns out these are specialties of Phillips Buick. The were able to pay Texas taxes AND register the vehicle for me. Plates should arrive by mail in a few weeks! Wow, they just made it all so easy. More

I absolutely love the car; our experience with Jason. ..the process of the purchase was amazing. However, we found little things he said he would do that he didn't do. 1. Fill the car up with gas. He finally did the next day when we came back because of a seatbelt issue. With the seatbelt issue he has told me twice if not three times he would call me back with an appointment time to bring my car in to have it fix. No call. I've called the service department myself to make an appointment. Still no call back. Again, I love the car. The lack of response, not so much. I'm really surprised given every time I go by there, there are always sales people sitting in the golf carts chatting with each other. More
