I financed a Kia k5 here and it was supposed to be brand new. It had some damage in the undercarriage, and when I went to go to have it fixed there, they took my car back from me and told me the financing w new. It’s a scam. Also, they have a separate department for the people who call in from the black radio stations. They asked me if I was referred by the black radio station. They didn’t use those words but I don’t remember the name of the station or was it something else and I lied and said it was something else who I called in through because I could tell they were already trying to discriminate And not take care of people they called him from the black radio station. So I would never recommend this. More

November 1,2021 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The funny thing is I purchased a vehicle paid for full coverage insurance and have received my first car billing statement and my husband dealership. The funny thing is I purchased a vehicle paid for full coverage insurance and have received my first car billing statement and my husband and I don't have a vehicle. We were assigned a car salesmen by the name of Jace which I would never recommend anyone to use. Once my husband and I picked out our vehicle he sent it back to get detailed cleaned. Jace then came back stating how the service engine light came on which was a lie and how he wasn't comfortable with letting us leave with the vehicle. Jace then stated how he would have everything fixed by that Wednesday. I haven't heard from Jace at all he's sent me 2 text messages and that's all basically giving us the run around. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Jason that Friday and we still don't have a vehicle. The dealership screens your calls so they won't answer the phone. It's been a very stressful process dealing with this dealership. It's hard to get back up there due to me working 2 jobs and my husband is a parapoligic so it's hard for him to get to the dealership without me and without us having transportation. I'm praying this nightmare will be over soon. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Amazing service I went in to Kia to look at a Telluride briefly because I had something to do within a couple of hours they ended up getting me keep my Telluride over I went in to Kia to look at a Telluride briefly because I had something to do within a couple of hours they ended up getting me keep my Telluride over mother's day weekend and when I went back the following Monday to seal the deal, that was the best day ever!!!
